Ozeri' 8" Green Frying pan is just wonderful! I have been looking for a good pan for a long while & was lucky enough to be able to try this one. It is made with textured ceramic and has a non-stick coating, also 100% PTFE & PFOA Free! You can cook nearly anything and it won't stick to the bottom, no oil or sprays required.
It's a great size for omelettes, pancakes and clean-up is very easy. Most of the time, it takes me forever to get the food that's stuck to the pan, but with Ozeri's Green Frying pan, they made it very convenient. Let's face it, no one really likes to clean up immediately after cooking, but Ozeri made it a breeze & less stressful. I am so glad I found this pan and can't wait to buy the rest of the set. Ozeri, in my opinion, is becoming the leader in modern housewares & any of their products are well worth investing in & owning.
