Life & Food is a great company that produces high quality health products. The tastiest one I've had the pleasure of trying is the Yacon Root syrup from the Peruvian Yacon plant. This syrup is pure raw organic with no GMO's and it's high in fiber, prebiotics and probiotics. It's also known for lowering blood sugar levels, which makes this great for diabetics. I thought this was a 5 star product overall and love the taste of it!
