Rumiano Organic Non-GMO cheese is hands down the best, most natural cheese I have ever tasted.I was so excited to try this particular brand since 2011 when I heard of the line WOM, but could never find it at my local co-op store. It was amazing and much more than that, I have become more conscious of what I put into my body. About a year and a half ago is when I really got into the natural foods kick and cut out a lot of processed foods. Rumiano not only tastes excellent, but is all natural like the good old days before all those additives. I was able to try the sharp cheddar and pepper jack and they had a wonderful texture, taste and freshness. Since trying this, I haven't been able to look at other cheese the same, it's kind of a cheese break up. I have gone out of my way to make special trips for my Rumiano cheese, because nothing else will do!
